Counselling and Clinical Psychologists have completed further training in the area of complex mental health disorder assessment and treatment.


Psychologists work together with their clients to help them overcome difficulties in all aspects of their life.

Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers and Counsellors all assist people experiencing difficulties related to behaviours, thoughts, feelings, and relationships.  However, they bring different training and qualifications, frameworks and processes to their work with clients, and, work with clients with differing level of severity and complexity.

Our Psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers have completed accredited qualifications and are registered with industry peak bodies.

What can I expect from a session?

   To start off with, the initial assessment session will usually involve a comprehensive assessment where we aim to understand your personal circumstances and current concerns and difficulties. 


With this understanding your clinician will develop a treatment plan which can look different for each individual. Our clinicians use evidence based approaches to ensure that you are receiving the right support.

  We are a private clinic and do not offer bulk billing.  
Please call our friendly staff to discuss our rates and any rebates you may be eligible for.

Do I need a referral?

 A referral is not required to book an appointment with any of our clinicians, however, if you would like to access the Medicare rebate for your session you will need a referral from your GP, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician.  Some funding bodies such as Workcover and TAC, also require a letter of referral from your GP.
