
Left Write Hook is a trauma-informed 8 week program with a 'pay-what-you-want' approach. It is a unique combination of vulnerable creative expression and powerful body release through non-contact boxing. Led by trained lived-experience facilitators (and supported by mental health professionals) it offers a safe, supportive and empowering space of shared experiences and connection.

This gentle muscle-relaxation meditation is set beside a peaceful river, surrounded by calming eucalyptus forest and the soothing sound of flowing water. It’s designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset both body and mind.
