Our Client Portal is our online client booking management resource in which existing clients can book/cancel/reschedule appointments, view your upcoming appointments and view/pay invoices.
If you are unsure about what appointment to book, please contact our reception staff on 0439 341 849.
**Please note that the client portal is not for new clients.
If you are an existing client you have an account in our system, however you will need to activate it through the client portal. You can do this by following these instructions:
1. Select the 'Login' box in the top right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select 'Click here to reset your password' underneath the 'Login' box in the pop-up screen
3. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number & Email Address with the same details you provided us upon registering with our service and then create a password for your account.
4. Select 'GET VERIFICATION CODE' and a code will be sent to your email address to login to your account.

Please note our cancellation policy:
A. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please advise our office via phone, text or email BY 9AM THE DAY BEFORE your appointment. If you provide us with less notice you will be charged the FULL SESSION FEE. We encourage you to consider telehealth or clinical administrative tasks as an alternative option to losing your session time. Please contact our office to make these arrangements.
B. Psychometric Assessment appointments: If you are unable to attend a psychometric assessment appointment and do not cancel prior to 9am the day before your appointment, you will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the clinicians standard hourly fee for the length of the appointment booking. For example, if the assessment appointment is 3 hours, you will be charged 100% of the clinicians standard hourly fee x 3.
