Pemma Davies

Provisional Psychologist

MProf Psych, MPhil, GCert Family Therapy 

Face to Face and Telehealth Services


Pemma is a Provisional Psychologist who is available to provide therapeutic and counselling services. 


In addition to her Master of Professional Psychology, Pemma has a research Masters in youth mental health (suicide prevention) and is currently studying a Master of Clinical Family Therapy meaning that she strives to see people in their context. Pemma has trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family therapy.  Pemma enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults who are seeking support in challenging times, and those who are furthering their ability to flourish and realise their human potential using positive psychology.  

As a Provisional Psychologist, Pemma practices under the supervision of a registered Clinical Psychologist at the clinic. Pemma provides low-cost services at $110 per session (no Medicare rebate). This is less than the standard gap fee that applies for Registered Psychologists.

Matthew Clarke

Matthew has been providing counselling and support services for many years.  He is currently completing practice requirements towards full registration as a Psychologist.  Matthew has worked with Streatfeild &Co Psychology since January 2021. 


Matthew has experience working in large and small scale age care centres in the private and community sectors, in the aviation industry helping employees with mental health concerns related to shift work, stress, anxiety and sleep disturbance, and, in the finance industry providing support for the mental health impacts of financial duress and mental health factors associated with money worries. 

Matthew has worked with a wide range of age groups and has a passion for male mental health concerns and disorders, parenting skills, and trauma related issues ranging from early childhood through to recent traumatic events.


Matthew uses therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, and Resource Therapy.

Ruth Rosewood-Ziller

Provisional Psychologist

MProfPsych, GCertAutismSt, BPsychSci (Hons)

Face to Face and Telehealth Services


Ruth is a Provisional Psychologist who supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and other life challenges, as well as those exploring neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, Autism) and navigating parenting within neurodivergent families.


Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental. Drawing on evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), she also integrates somatic and mindfulness-based approaches where appropriate. Her therapeutic work is grounded in neuro-affirming principles and supported by over 14 years of experience in teaching yoga-based mind-body practices, including yoga therapy.


She aims to create a calm, affirming environment where clients feel seen, supported, and able to connect with their strengths and values as they navigate life’s challenges.

Streatfeild & Co Psychology are proud to be a placement and training organisation for Masters degree students and Mental Health Course students completing their practical placements towards finalisation of their qualification.


Our organisation works with several universities and training providers providing placement and support services for our up and coming Psychologists and Mental Health workers.
It's our way of making a contribution to our community's future mental health care workforce.

Sian Cardinale

Provisional Psychologist

Masters of Psychology (Clinical) Placement Student

Sian is a Provisional Psychologist on placement with Streatfeild & Co Psychology. Sian brings a kind, compassionate and person-centred approach to her work. Sian has experience working with neurodivergent individuals and families, as well as working with anxiety, depression and trauma-related backgrounds. She has worked across the lifespan and has a keen interest in working with children and youth.


Guided by evidence-based practice and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches, Sian has experience and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Sian is committed to providing a safe space for clients to feel supported and understood.

Rachael McCarthy

Provisional Psychologist

GDipPsych, Master of Psychology (Prof) Placement Student 

Face to Face and Telehealth Services


Rachael is a passionate Provisional Psychologist completing her placement with Streatfeild & Co Psychology. She brings experience supporting and empowering adults and families across mental health and neurodiversity-related challenges, meeting people where they are with warmth, respect, curiosity, and kindness.


Rachael values a client-centred approach, working collaboratively to explore each person's unique experiences and challenges, and drawing on their strengths and values to help them flourish. Her clinical interests include low mood, anxiety and phobias, perfectionism, stress management, self-esteem difficulties, life transitions and neurodiversity.


She draws on evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and brings a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to her therapeutic practice.
